Meet Caramel, Pepper, Bones and Noodle… the Anderson family’s pack!
“ I wanted professional pet photography done of Noodle especially, as she is a senior dog (16 years old) and in failing health. I wanted a keepsake of her before she leaves us.
Noodle has been with us since university. My best friend's dog had a litter and we both took puppies. She is the smartest dog we've ever had! She used to go to work with my husband every day when he worked at a pet food store. Customers would carry her around the store while they shopped, or she'd entice them towards the laser pointers so they'd play chase with her.
Noodle is very independent and not overly cuddly. She absolutely loves taking walks, even at her advanced age and with failing health. She often likes to hold her leash in her mouth, as if she's the one walking me! She's always been a bit bossy!” - Mandy
If you were going to interview your pet what question would you ask?
“ I'd ask her if she had a good life. I've been so lucky to be with her for the last 16 years and I'd want to communicate to her what an amazing dog she's been!”
Was there something you were worried about that your pet would do or not do before your photography session?
“Noodle is deaf. She had chronic ear infections and had to have very invasive ear surgery which left her without any hearing. She also has limited vision due to senile cataracts. I was worried she'd have trouble looking at the camera, but she was very cooperative!”
