Did you know February is Pet Dental Month?
National Pet Dental Health Month was created by the American Veterinary Medical Association to highlight how important oral health is to overall health, happiness and wellbeing of your pet.
If you don’t brush your pet’s teeth every day, you’re not alone. It’s estimated that only 2% of dog owners brush their pet’s teeth daily, despite recommendations to do so from veterinarians.

Most common dental conditions start showing up by age 3. Bad breath is among the first signs of oral disease. However, this is just the beginning.
The gums can become irritated, leading to bleeding and oral pain. The cat or dog may also lose its appetite or drop food from their mouth while eating.
