World Pet Memorial Day was created as a special day to memorialize beloved pets that have passed away. It is observed every year on the second Tuesday in June, and it is a great time to celebrate the lives of your pets.
April 30th is National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day this day was created to highlight the importance of adopting pets from shelters and bringing them into loving homes.
Today Carol Link the manager at our local OSPCA Shelter and I chatted about how they are dealing with the COVID-19 closures, the Urgent Animal care fund , and the MYM program for adoption.
