/Did you know that Unleash Pet Photography's vision is to support Local Nonprofit Animal Organizations through Animal Photography, Merchandise And Events.
But what does that really mean? How is Unleash Pet Photography ( AKA Me - Beth Alexander 😉 ) helping to support her community?
Well that has always been the question! How can I help my community? What can I do as a one-woman band to make a difference?
I’ve always believed that every little thing counts and no matter how small the action, it matters. So with that in mind, over the years I have tried different things to help as many local nonprofit organizations as I can.
At first I could only give my time through my photography services at the local SPCA in Cornwall, which was so much fun. It was a pleasure going in every week to photograph all of the adoptable cats and dogs, hoping that my images would attract their forever humans. ❤️
Once my business started growing, I was able to start offering my photography services at festivals and events, and give gift certificates for fundraising auctions but I wanted to find others ways that I could help so I started coming up with different fundraising initiatives of my own. Some worked better than others lol, but that’s ok. We can never know unless we try, right?😅
Below is a list of all of the fundraising initiatives that I have completed over the years….How crazy is that! I can’t believe I can now make a list of all of the things I’ve done to help animals in need and that I can proudly say I have raised thousands of dollars for many different rescues, shelters and nonprofit organizations in my community.☺️

The one sentence I keep hearing from the organizations that have benefited, is “ Every little bit counts!” I now know that the expression is TRUE!
So no matter how small you may think your gesture, dollar amount, time, donation is…it makes a difference!
